The FairSpeak Group 



The FairSpeak Group is working to create new knowledge about the mechanisms underlying consumers’ decoding of condensed product information under time pressure. This may happen during everyday shopping in the supermarket, when comparing products and services on the web, or when choosing over-the-counter medicines. The point of departure is a principle of fairness that accommodates both manufacturers’ desire to promote their product and consumers' demand to be able to make an informed choice on a fair background.
